Confidence Camp
Our train-the-trainer immersion in sales and operations. Thirty intensive hours in Austin that prepare every new owner to walk into their territory ready to teach, recruit, and lead.
Owning a DivaDance franchise comes with a system, not a sink-or-swim. Every new owner runs through a structured launch program covering operations, marketing, instructor development, and the tech stack we've built around adult dance class businesses. Once you're open, ongoing support continues from a Franchise Development team and a peer network of franchisees across 50+ studios. The goal is the same on day one as it is in year five: get you to your next milestone faster than you'd get there alone.
Request Franchising InfoDivaDance equips every owner with the tools, templates, and playbooks to run a studio without reinventing the wheel. The model is straightforward: HQ builds the systems, refines them across 50+ studios, and hands you the version that actually works. You bring local energy and execute the plays for your market.
Launch support is one thing. What separates DivaDance is the system that keeps running after your grand opening: tools, in-person training, team development resources, and a peer network of owners who are already running their own studios.
What does DivaDance franchise training include?
New owners go through DivaDance's full onboarding curriculum: territory market analysis, studio site selection, hiring and instructor development, marketing playbook implementation, technology setup, and pre-launch event planning. Training combines self-paced online modules, live coaching sessions with HQ, and hands-on visits to existing DivaDance studios. The goal is for owners to open with confidence in 9 to 12 months.
How long does franchise onboarding take?
Time to open depends on the business type. Owners operating from Third Party Studio Partnership Sites typically open within 6 to 9 months from signing. Owners building a Dedicated Studio typically open within 9 to 12 months. The full training program itself runs approximately 98 hours over 8 weeks, structured around weekly milestones. The first phase covers business setup and market research. The second phase covers studio location and operations. The third phase covers instructor hiring, marketing launch, and the soft-open window. Each phase has dedicated HQ support with regular check-ins.
What ongoing support do DivaDance franchisees receive?
After launch, owners get continuous HQ support across operations, marketing, and technology. The DivaDance Franchise Performance team provides ongoing performance coaching and operational support, plus access to marketing campaign templates, event playbooks, music licensing, and the DivaDance choreography library.
Owners also benefit from a strong peer community: an owner network for day-to-day mentorship, an annual Owner Retreat, and frequent peer-to-peer collaboration across launches and major events. The community piece is one of the most cited reasons owners say DivaDance feels different from other franchises.
Brandwide marketing initiatives and campaigns run regularly at the corporate level, and franchisees can opt in to participate in those programs to extend their local reach.
Does DivaDance provide instructor training?
Yes. DivaDance runs a proprietary instructor development program. Owners hire local talent (often dancers, fitness instructors, or theater performers), and HQ trains them through our certification curriculum covering choreography delivery, class energy management, inclusive and confidence-building communication, and member retention. Instructor certification is required before teaching any classes open to the public.
What technology and tools do franchisees use?
DivaDance franchisees get a full operational tech stack out of the box: a class booking and membership management platform, SMS and marketing automation tools, social media DM automation, centralized music licensing, and the DivaDance choreography library updated continuously. HQ negotiates vendor pricing and integrations so owners don't have to.
Centralized systems help maintain brand consistency and operational efficiency across the franchise network, so every DivaDance studio operates with the same modern infrastructure regardless of market size.
