How do I know if my city is available for a DivaDance franchise?
DivaDance maintains a list of priority and highlighted available territories on this page. The list reflects current focus markets and is not necessarily a comprehensive list of every potentially available market. If your preferred city is listed, it's currently being prioritized for development. If your city is not listed, submit an inquiry through our franchise opportunities page and our Franchise Development team will follow up to discuss your specific market's status and next steps.

What if my preferred market isn't on the available list?
Territories get added to the list regularly. New territories may become available as existing owners look to sell their business, territories are restructured, or DivaDance identifies expansion opportunities within a metro area. If your city isn't currently shown, you have three options: submit a market request and join the wait list for that territory, choose an alternate available city, or explore a sub-territory within a larger metro that may still be open. Some major metros have multiple territories with separate ownership.
How do DivaDance franchise territories work?
DivaDance franchise owners are granted the right to develop and operate one DivaDance business within a designated Operating Territory. Owners operating without a Dedicated Studio may only operate at approved Third Party Studio Partnership Sites within their Operating Territory. Owners operating with a Dedicated Studio may also operate an approved Dedicated Studio location within their Operating Territory. Additional Territories may be added subject to availability, approval, and additional franchise fees as outlined in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
How is a DivaDance franchise territory defined?
Operating Territories generally include populations between approximately 150,000 and 300,000 people. Scope and size vary depending on local factors and market conditions. Population is determined in the aggregate using raw population data without regard to demographics or age. Larger metros may contain multiple independently owned territories. Additional Territories may be available subject to approval and additional franchise fees.
