Our 75 minute DivaDance Twerkshop is a high‑energy, booty‑powered dance party that celebrates the cultural roots of twerking while teaching you fun, confidence‑boosting choreography.
You’ll warm up with twerk‑specific drills like core work, knee‑bounces, juke-inspired movements, and the signature “Uh Oh” shake to get your hips and glutes ready. Then we dive into a high‑cardio routine featuring moves like bear walks and around‑the‑worlds. We wrap with a sexy cool down and a chance to record your end‑of‑class performance so you can relive the moment and share your slay.
It depends on the workshop. Some are open to all levels, others are built for experienced dancers. Each one lists its level so you can pick the right fit.
Do I have to be a DivaDance member?
