Month-to-month members can cancel anytime with 2 weeks' notice before the next billing date. If you're in a commitment period (6-month, 12-month, etc.), you'll need to complete it first or pay an early termination fee.

Yes! Membership holds are $20/month and keep your current rate locked in—no new sign-up fee when you return. Your regular rate resumes at the next billing date. If you're in a commitment, the hold extends it by one month.
